1. General Policy for B2B Orders
Athlecore Sports Pvt Ltd operates primarily as a B2B supplier. Due to the bulk nature of our orders and structured pricing, we do not accept standard "change of mind" returns once an order has been dispatched.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive goods that are damaged in transit or manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with the order number.
- We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a credit note for the affected items.
- Cash refunds are generally not provided for damaged goods; replacements will be dispatched with your next order or separately based on the situation.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed for dispatch. Once processing has begun or dispatch has occurred, cancellations are not permitted.
4. Shortages in Shipment
If there is a discrepancy between your invoice and the goods received, please report it within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will issue a credit note or send the missing items.
5. Return Process
Any authorized returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for defective items will be borne by Athlecore Sports Pvt Ltd after authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
